The duration of a 3D scan depends on the size and complexity of the location. On average, you can expect about 1 hour per 500 square meters. Once the scan is complete, we still need some time for post-processing and providing the final 3D tour.

Our technology uses the Virtual Tours to integrate 3D models into it in real time.

The graphics performance is done by the browser of the end device. For a smooth display of extensive 3D equipment such as seating rows, we must therefore use simplified models.

Is it possible to create more realistic images. For example, a festive seating with table decorations and candlelight?

We offer complex furnishings and lighting moods separately as photorealistic renderings.

A simulation, such as the one we currently offer in the browser in real time, primarily enables a better spatial understanding without wanting to be photorealistic.

You have captured my location as 360° photos and also as a 3D model. Can I also provide my customers with plans or 3D models?
A conversion into 2D CAD formats, the generation of a 3D model as well as the provision of a BIM model are possible for an additional charge.
Can films and images be inserted afterwards?
Yes. In addition to the classic touchpoints, films or images no larger than 20 MB can be integrated into the tours.
What other 3D elements can be added later?

Basically all 3D elements that can be displayed in real-time formats and do not have too many polygons. We can optimize many models in your size as an additional service.

Furthermore, we have a standard library with frequently used equipment such as plants, chairs and much more.

Is the size of my venue relevant to virtual staging?
Yes, from a certain number of 3D elements the performance limit of the Internet browser is exhausted. If a further reduction of the 3D models is not possible, we recommend a separate visualization with our powerful programs.
